Shipping & Return Policy
Important PayPal update regarding refunds: Paypal has changed their refund polices. From May 7th 2019 they will no longer refund “us” the seller the 2.9% transaction fee + .30 cents. And therefore if you cancel your order and you paid for your order using your PayPal account, we will not be able to refund you those fees. For reference check this link by Paypal;
Thank you for your order! We are doing our best to make sure your orders are fulfilled as quickly and accurately as possible! Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. Please see our Refunds and Exchanges Policy below.
Most items typically ship out within 3-5 business days. Some products can take longer depending on warehouse availability. We will provide tracking information when it becomes available. Transit times typically take 10 business days but can take up to 20 business days to be delivered after tracking has been provided.
We do ship products from various warehouses which means you may receive your items separately and at different times. If you received part of your order, please allow an additional 15 business days for the remaining products to be delivered before contacting us with concerns.
Please be sure to review your shipping information before finalizing your order. We assume that all finalized orders have correct information and we fulfill them under this assumption. If information was provided to us incorrectly on an order, we will do our best to try to make changes for you prior to the order shipping. If the order has already shipped, we cannot make any changes to the recipient's name or address. If an item reaches the destination provided on the order, we will not issue a refund as we have fulfilled these orders the way it was presented to us.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it yet we recommend waiting 1 to 2 business days. Occasionally packages are scanned as delivered before the post office has actually sent them out for delivery.
If it has been more than 2 business days, you should speak to anyone in your home or your neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf and contact your local postal delivery person. If you are unable to locate the package that shows “delivered” please let us know and we will file a missing mail search request on your behalf. Please Note: we are not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
If the shipper returns your item(s) to one of our warehouses, we will issue a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. This option will not be available until the item(s) arrives back at the warehouse and is processed.
Refunds and Exchange Policy
Due to health and sanitation reasons all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. However your satisfaction is our top priority. If your item is damaged or defective in some way, we'll make sure you're taken care of.
If the item does not fit you for some reason, and you ordered the wrong size please contact us and we will do our best to help you get the right size.
Please note that all sales are final, and any item purchased on sale cannot be refunded. Some items cannot be exchanged for health and sanitation reasons. Please find your specific situation from the list of scenarios below to learn how we handle that particular situation:
You decided to cancel your order: If the order hasn't been shipped out yet, we can cancel the order and issue you a refund with no penalty. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to be reflected in your bank account. If your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel an order, make changes to an order, or issue a refund as all completed and shipped sales are final.
You received the product but it is visibly damaged or the wrong item: If the item arrives damaged or is the wrong item, it needs to be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery. Please respond to your confirmation email, or send us a new email, that includes your full name, the order number, item# or description, and pictures that clearly show the damage or incorrect size. When the damage or error is confirmed, we will send a new product to you in accordance with what was ordered; we will not be able to issue a refund.
You've received the product and it does not fit: If you receive an item and it does not fit correctly, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of delivery and we will do our best to assist you. For most items, we can offer a one-time exchange for a different size, for sanitation reasons we're unable to accept exchanges for any legging or panty products if they have been opened regardless of use.
Your product is damaged after use: If you use your product and the fabric rips or tears, it is not eligible for an exchange or refund because this is not a manufacturing defect. Our products are high quality and will not tear if the correct size is ordered and used properly. We do not cover damage due to misuse.
